Our Story

Founded in 1975, Italia Pasta Fresca is one of Adelaide’s oldest and most respected pasta factories serving the Adelaide food market for nearly 50 years.

Located on Henley Beach Road in Torrensville, South Australia, we have a dedicated and loyal customer base. Our fresh pastas, frozen ravioli and tortellini, and house-made sauces can be found on the menus of some of Adelaide’s favourite foodie destinations and front-and-centre in top grocery retailers.
