Ingredients: South Australian durum wheat and fresh, free-range SA eggs

Our widest ribbon noodle, fantastic for braised meat sauces. 

INSTRUCTIONS: Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta, allow to cook for
3-4 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare your sauce of choice – one of ours, a homemade pomodoro or a simple butter-parmesan sauce. Drain, saving pasta water if desired to use to blend the sauce with the pasta. Top with your choice of grated cheese.
