While they’re cooking, whip up your favorite sauce—whether it’s one of ours, a homemade pomodoro, or a simple butter-parmesan sauce. Drain the gnocchi, saving a bit of pasta water if you like, to blend with your sauce for an extra touch of richness. Finish with a sprinkle of grated cheese for a dish that’s as delicious as it is effortless.
